These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FrameShot application at frameshot.app (the "Service"), operated by Ombu Digital ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

FrameShot is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to create device-framed screenshots for app store listings. All image processing occurs locally in your web browser. No images are uploaded to our servers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FrameShot, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

You may use FrameShot for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service in a manner that sends excessive requests
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (beyond what is visible in your browser)

4. Intellectual Property

The FrameShot application, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Ombu Digital and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our prior written consent.

Your content: You retain full ownership of any images and screenshots you process using FrameShot. Since all processing occurs in your browser, we never have access to or any rights over your content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FrameShot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will meet any specific requirements of any app store. It is your responsibility to verify that your screenshots meet the current requirements of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ombu Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Advertising

FrameShot displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed and that ad-related cookies may be placed on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ombu Digital. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
